Method PrefixCodedToInt64

PrefixCodedToInt64(BytesRef)

Returns a from prefixCoded bytes. Rightmost bits will be zero for lower precision codes. This method can be used to decode a term's value.

NOTE: This was prefixCodedToLong() in Lucene
