Account Registration in AWS Cache
In order to start using NCache Enterprise Cloud (Free Trial), you will first need to subscribe to our SaaS product on AWS and continue with account registration, as explained below.
Register with AWS
- Go to the AWS Marketplace and login with your credentials as a root user.

You can also log-in with the AWS Console and search for AWS Marketplace Subscriptions within its services if its not present on your console homepage.
- Search for NCache in the Discover Products section and choose NCache Enterprise Cloud (Free Trial).
- Clicking on the relevant result will lead you to the following screen providing product details:
- On this page, click on View Purchase Options which will lead you to the AWS product contract page, where you will have to create a contract with the vendor to proceed further.
- After the contract has been successfully established select Click here to set up your account, which will redirect you to the NCache Cloud Portal for account registration.
- On the Register tab of the Create New Subscription form, you need to provide your account details.
- If you are a new user, then you will have to fill out the New User form to register yourself with the NCache Cloud Portal. The New User form comprises of two sections:
- Account Details: In this section, you need to provide user's Email, Password, First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Work Phone and Job Title.
- Company Details: In this section, you need to provide user's Company Name, Address, and Company URL.
- Once you have filled out the required fields in the form, click on the Register button to register the provided credentials against your NCache cloud subscription.
- At this point you will recieve a one-time password (OTP) on the provided email address, you will require this password to successfully complete the registration process via verification.
Note
These OTP's expire 15 minutes after the intial request.
- Alternatively, if you have already registered an account, check the Already Registered option to enable the relevant fields.
- Enter the email address and password of the account you have registered with us.
Note
If alread registered you will only need OTP verification if you did not already complete this step.
- On successful account registration, you will be notified as follows.
- On clicking Go to Dashboard you will be led to the the NCache Cloud Portal Subscription Dashboard displaying your subscription details and deployed servers, if you have any.
