Account Registration
In order to start using NCache Cloud you will first need to register your account as explained below.
- Go to Azure Portal and log in.
From the Azure Services, select Marketplace.
In the search box, type NCache in the Discover Products section and choose NCache Cloud.
- The NCache plan will be preselected for you. Click on Subscribe.
- You will land on the “Subscribe To NCache Cloud” page where you need to fill out the Project Details form with the Subscription and Resource group.

If you do not have a Resource Group, then click on Create New, add the Resource Group name and click OK. Add the Resource group location based on your area or region.
- Fill out the SaaS details form, enter the Name and read through the Plan details.
- Specify your Contract duration. Choose the 1-month subscription option for Pay-as-you-go and the 1-year-subscription for Annual.
- Enable Auto-renew if you feel it is necessary, and click on the Review + subscribe button on the the bottom-left corner of the page to review the details of your selected plan as shown below.
- After reviewing the Terms of use and Contract details provided, then click on Subscribe. This will lead you to page displaying your Subscription progress.
- This will create your SaaS subscription on Microsoft Azure. To complete this configuration on the NCache Cloud Portal, click on Configure account now.

To ensure your subscription creation was successful, go to your Resource Group, click on the overview and search for the subscription. Initially the subscription is in inactive state. Once the user registers, the status is changed to active.
- Next, you will be redirected to the NCache Cloud Portal page, where you will need to register a user account. Configuring an account or registering a new user is necessary for NCache Cloud subscription as shown below.
User Registration
Important
If you have previously registered for NCache Cloud or registered to download NCache from the Alachisoft website, you will select Already Registered? and enter your Work Email in the relevant form. After clicking on Register you will have to set a password.
If you are a new user, then you will have to fill out the New User form to register with the NCache Cloud Portal. The New User form comprises of the following sections:
- Account Details: In this section, you need to provide your Email, Password, First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Work Phone, and Job Title.

The password must be 8 characters long with one uppercase, one lowercase, and one numerical character.

Please enter valid email address as OTP will be sent on the registered email address to complete the registration process. These OTPs expire 5 minutes after the initial request.
- Company Details: In this section, you need to provide your Company Name, Address, and Company URL.
Second Contact Details (Optional): In this section, you need to provide the secondary user's Email, Password, First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Work Phone, and Job Title.
Once you have filled out the form, click on the Register button to register the provided credentials against your NCache cloud subscription.
- You will receive a prompt asking you to ensure that your provided email is correct. You can either change the email or confirm and send the OTP.
- Upon clicking, “Confirm & Send OTP”, you will receive an OTP against the registered email to complete the registration process. Enter the OTP received and click on Verify.
- You will then receive a prompt indicating that your subscription has been successfully created. Click on Continue to proceed.
