Account Registration for Azure Cache
In order to start using NCache Enterprise Cloud (Free Trial), you will first need to subscribe to our SaaS product on Azure and continue with account registration, as explained below.
- Go to Azure Portal and login with your credentials.
From the Azure Services, select Marketplace.
In the search box, type NCache in the Discover Products section and choose NCache Enterprise Cloud.
Select NCache Enterprise Cloud and it will take you to the overview section.
From the dropdown menu, select the Free 60-Day Trial plan.
- Press the Subscribe button to start creating your subscription.
You will land to the Subscribe to NCache Enterprise Cloud page.
Fill out the Project Details form with the subscription details and Resource group.
If you do not have a Resource Group, then click on Create New, add the Resource Group name and click OK. Add the Resource group location based on your area or region.
Fill out the SaaS details form with the name and other billing details.
Note
Recurring billing means subscription will renew itself, when expired. So in the Recurring Billing, select On or Off according to your own preference.
- Left click on the Review + subscribe button on the bottom left corner of the page to review the details of your selected plan.
- On the Review + subscribe section of the form, review your plan. When done, click on the Subscribe button.
- On the next window, View the Subscription progress.
This will create your SaaS subscription on Microsoft Azure. To complete this configuration on the NCache Cloud Portal, click on Configure account now.
Once you have successfully purchased the NCache cloud subscription, you will be asked to register user account. Configuring an account or registering a new user is necessary for NCache Cloud subscription.
On the Register tab of Create New Subscription form, you need to provide your account details.
Already Registered
If you have already registered an account, check the Already Registered option to enable the fields.
Enter email address and password of the account you have registered with us in the Email and Password fields.
New User Registration
If you are a new user, then you will have to fill out the New User form to register yourself with the NCache Cloud Portal. The New User form comprises of two sections:
Account Details: In this section, you need to provide user's Email, Password, First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Work Phone and Job Title.
Company Details: In this section, you need to provide user's Company Name, Address, and Company URL.
- Once you have filled out the required fields in the form, click on the Register button to register the provided credentials against your NCache cloud subscription.
- You will receive a OTP against the registered email to complete the registration process.
Note
Please enter valid email address as OTP will be sent on the registered email address to complete the registration process. These OTP's expire 15 minutes after the intial request.
- On successful registration of account, you will be notified of this registration.
After successfully registering your account with NCache Cloud Portal, you need to select a Deployment Method that defines how the NCache servers will be deployed in your subscription.
Note
You cannot subscribe to the same plan twice. For example, if you have an existing Azure Free Trial Subscription, you cannot subscribe to it again using the same account.
