NCache 4.6 SP3 is now available for download. The latest version contains cache optimizations and minor feature updates. This is a recommended upgrade for all existing users. You may find release notes for this release here. Additionally, the key highlights of this release are below:
SignalR Backplane with NCache
For high traffic ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core applications, SignalR must scale to a multi-server environment. In such environments, SignalR needs to distribute messages across multiple web servers. And, for this, SignalR users can really benefit from NCache Backplane to scale their applications.
We have bundled SignalR backplane support with NCache 4.6 Service Pack 3. With latest NCache release 4.6 SP3, the cache can distribute messages across all applications that use SignalR provider deployed on any combination of NCache servers and clients.

ASP.NET Core Session Provider & IDistributedCache
NCache 4.8 now provides Client-side data reader capabilities. This feature was previously introduced is now more stable and fault tolerant during the state transfer in the cache.

Bug Fixes and Enhancements
In this release, in addition to the above enhancements, we have fixed state transfer issues which used to take too much time is now much efficient. Additionally, exceptions related to Object Reference, ExecuteReader, and InProc cache initialization have been resolved. Another scenario has been resolved in this release was when caches configured for auto-start failed to do so if security is configured on the cache. So, to get all these bug fixes and enhancements, upgrade now!
