Stop-Cache
Stop-Cache
cmdlet enables users to stop the cache on a specified server as well as stop a cache gracefully. It also enables the users to stop multiple caches on specified server.
Stop-Cache [-Name] [-IsGracefulStop] [-NoLogo] [-Password] [-Port] [-Server] [-UserId]
These properties are explained in detail in the Properties section.
Examples
- This command stops the cache named demoCache on local server using port 8250.
Stop-Cache –Name demoCache
- This command stops the cached named demoCache on server node 20.200.21.11 using default port 8250.
Stop-Cache –Name demoCache –Server 30.200.21.11
- This command stops the cached named demoCache gracefully on server node 20.200.21.11 and port 8251with the display of the logo banner suppressed.
Stop-Cache demoCache –server 20.200.21.11 –IsGracefulStop –port 8251 –Nologo
